Mandatory Disclaimer: The field of Tantra and Astrology deals with energies, planetary alignments, and spiritual manifestations. Because every individual's Karma and planetary horoscope are unique, results may vary. We do not offer a "one size fits all" guarantee. While Tantrik Shimul Sarkar applies the highest level of traditional expertise passed down through generations in Mayong, we do not claim to offer "miracles" that bypass the natural laws of the universe.

3. User Responsibility & Conduct

By using these services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including names, birth dates, and photographs as required for the ritual.

4. Financial Terms and Samagri Costs

Engaging in Tantrik rituals often requires specific "Samagri" (ritual materials) such as rare herbs, oils, and offerings.

• Service Fees: Fees charged are for the practitioner's time, expertise, and the cost of materials.
• No Refund Policy: Once a ritual/puja has been initiated or materials have been purchased for your specific case, no refunds will be issued. Spiritual labor and materials are non-recoverable assets.

5. Ethical Boundaries

Tantrik Shimul Sarkar follows the path of Dharma. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services without refund if a client requests anything that involves:

• Physical violence or criminal activity.
• Irreversible harm to an innocent third party.
• Deceptive practices or fraud.

6. Privacy and Non-Disclosure

We commit to 100% confidentiality of your data. However, you also agree to a Mutual Non-Disclosure: You shall not record, distribute, or publicly post the specific mantras, proprietary ritual steps, or private voice notes shared by Tantrik Shimul Sarkar without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tantrik Shimul Sarkar shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or financial decisions made by the client following a consultation.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morigaon/Guwahati, Assam.
